One-way migration — read carefully

This tool imports users from your existing Volunteer Hub (D1) and Parent Portal (KV) into the central auth system. PINs are not transferred — imported users will set a new PIN on first login. Existing platform logins keep working until you're ready to cut over. Duplicate emails across platforms are merged into one account.
